These days a lot of production houses are encouraging new talent that doesn’t belong to Bollywood families, and now Excel Entertainment is backing a relative unknown too. The production house that has really only worked with big names so far has green lit Mrig Lamba’s next project. For those of you who don’t know this, Mrig assisted the likes of Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Mehra before directing the forgettable Teen Thay Bhai. Now the Delhiboy is set to roll out his second directorial venture under Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani’s guidance and the industry is abuzz with good things about the script. Remember, you heard it here first!

Bipasha Basu loves her fans, and now she needs their help. See, the uber fit lady is gearing up to launch her second fitness DVD and has asked her fans to suggest a suitable title for it. For those of you who don’t remember, Bips’ first DVD released in 2010 and was called BB-Love Yourself! She wants the new title to be an to Love Yourself, and her only other guidelines are that the name should sound energetic, inspirational and fun. So use your imagination guys and send Bipasha something fit and fabulous!

Tigmanshu Dhulia wants to make film on Hamlet with Jr. B!

William Shakespeare’s works have inspired filmmakers for decades, and back in Bollywood Vishal Bharadwaj has already adapted the legendary writer’s works to make Maqbool and Omkara. Now there’s buzz that Tigmanshu Dhulia wants to adapt his take on Hamlet and hopes to cast Abhishek Bachchan as the lead. If all goes to plan then the film will be co-produced by Goldie Behl, and will go on floors by the end of this year. Time will tell if the Jr. B makes a good tragic hero.
