It seems after his stint in Big Boss, Ashmit Patel’s hands are quite full with work. He is presently working on 2 movies, and the funniest thing to notice about it is that he is doing films with his ex-inmates in Big Boss’s House. He is cast opposite Sara Khan in one film and opposite Veena Malik in another.

After Big Boss, he tried his luck with hosting a television show, but his first love was always with films. He says he had a comfortable chemistry with all girls in Big Boss’s house like Sakhshi Pradhan, Veena Malik, Shweta Tiwari, Sara Khan and Aanchal Kumar. Ashmit says these girls knew that he will be beside them through thick and thin. He can’t stand any misbehavior against women. And talking about the intimacy with Veena Malik in-front of camera, he told that the camera might have missed but the fact remained that girls depended on Ashmit and so all were close to him. He said he never dated Veena Mailk, but meet each other at times.

Ashmit is quite impressed with Sunny Leone, he tells Sunny is just a normal demure girl so no point criticizing her for being a part of porn industry. People who criticize will be the first to watch her.

Veena Malik tells she is not turning prostitute clarifying on signing a Bollywood project which Nikhita Thukral rejected. Nikita bagged out of the project saying that she declined the movie as the story revolved around a commercial sex worker. But when Veena finally made her appearance in Bangalore, after getting all the requisite permissions that she needed to be in the city, she categorically stated that that was not the case.

The hot star told "I am not playing a prostitute in Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga. When director Trishul first approached me, he said that his film would be based on the life of the late actor Silk Smitha. He even gave me a copy of the entire script in English. I read it and gave her nod to the project only when I was completely convinced about the film" .

She even told she had not watched any of Silk Smitha's films. Veena told "I haven't seen any of her films and don't intend to either. If I do watch her films, chances are that it will influence or inspire my performance. I don't want that. I want to have Veena Malik stamped all over the character".

Speaking about her role Veena told , "I have been asked to gain at least 5kg for the role. The problem is that for my Bollywood projects, I am required to remain thin and waif-like. After the photo shoot I will get back to Mumbai and return a couple of weeks later to start work on the film. Hopefully, by then I will be in the shape the filmmakers want me to be."

Pakistani actress Veena Malik, set to sizzle in the Kannada version of hit Bollywood movie "The Dirty Picture", aims to go a step ahead of Vidya Balan's act in the original. She maintains the two movies are different.

"I have not seen the 'The Dirty Picture' in Hindi, though I have heard that Vidya Balan has delivered an overwhelming performance in the film. But I really want to go one step ahead in my performance in this film," told Veena.

The actress, who rose to fame in India after her stint in controversial reality show "Bigg Boss 4", says it is unfair to compare the two movies.

"Please don't compare the Bollywood film with the Kannada film that I am doing now," told Veena.

This is her first Kannada movie, and she is confident it will be appreciated.

"My first Kannada film has a good package of entertainment and sentimental scenes. I'm sure I will entertain the audience with my performance and at the same time they would also feel sorry for the trials that my character undergoes in the film. I will win the hearts of Kannadigas through this performance. I like the role," she further added.

Veena said she can relate to her role in the film, adding: "This is a different story and it connects well with all the struggling young women who want to make it big in their respective fields.

"I was moved after hearing the story as there were many incidents which remembered incidents that happened in my life albeit in a different fashion."

The actress is even more thrilled as she has wrapped a "sexy" and "stylish" photo shoot for the film, insisting it will present her in Marilyn Monroe style.

She told the photo shoot, done by photographer Suresh, was sexy, stylish, hot, raunchy, naughty and visually-captivating.

The film's lead actor Akshay had also participated in the photo shoot. The film is produced by Venkateappa, while writer and director Thrishool is wielding the megaphone for it.

Veena hopes she is also offered good roles in other regional film industries down south.

If a guy has characteristics like Amitab Bachchan, she will marry him, tells Pakistani actress Veena Malik, who will hunt for her ideal man on reality show "Veena ka Vivaah".

"Not exactly like Big B but if the boy has certain characteristics like him, like his beautiful voice and a personality like him, I think I can compromise on other things," told the actress on the sets of TV show "Movers and Shakers".

Known as controversy's favourite child, Veena knows how to handle people.

"I think it's me. Outside factors don't affect me and I am responsible for all my happiness and pain. Nothing that happens around me affects me. If today you appreciate me then also my reaction would be the same as it will be when you criticise me," told Veena.

The actress, who became known here after her stint on reality show "Bigg Boss 4", raised a storm when she allegedly posed nude for a men's magazine cover. Veena denied shooting in the buff.

Right now Veena has a host of movies in her kitty.

She has finished shooting for "Mumbai 125 km", "Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai" and "Zindagi 50-50". She is shooting for "Rajani Ki Toh Lag Gayi" and will soon start shooting for "Supermodel" with Ashmit Patel.

Pakistani actress Veena Malik seems to be following Viday Balan's footsteps. She has finished shooting for three Bollywood movies, "Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai", "Zindagi 50-50" and "Mumbai 125 km", and tells all are female centric movies.

"I have always tried to choose and sign such films which have a female-oriented character, where the script is based on the female protagonist," Veena said journalists here.

"Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai" is a comedy, "Zindagi 50-50" is an issue-based drama and "Mumbai 125 km" is a suspense-thriller.

Veena is now shooting for "Rajani Ki Lag Gai".

"I don't have a hero in any one of movies I have signed till now except 'Supermodel'. Every film is the story of a girl and the whole story revolves around her."

She has teamed up with Ashmit Patel in "Supermodel" - the two became close when they featured in the reality show "Bigg Boss 4".
