Sajid Khan
Filmmaker Sajid Khan is sure his movie "Himmatwala", based on the 1983 movie of the same name, will cross Rs.100 crore within its first week itself. He tells he can never make a flop film.
"I can't say I am a great director but I am the greatest audience, since childhood I have done nothing other than watching films. Cinema is my life. I can never make a flop film because I make film for audience and not for myself," Sajid told during the sound recording of "Himmatwala" here.
Sajid, who has previously directed "Heyy Babyy", "Housefull" and "Housefull 2: The Dirty Dozen", added: "I will never let down the audience. I have proved that three times. Now I will do that again. My film 'Himmatwala' will cross Rs.100 crore in first week."
Actor Ajay Devgn, who plays the lead in the movie, is impressed with Sajid's positive attitude.
"I like that attitude. It is a kind of confidence which you should have and he has. He is sure of what he is doing. After I heard the script, I agreed with him and it will be a fabulous film," Ajay told.
The movie is an adaptation of the 1983 movie, which featured Jeetendra and Sridevi.

We do not know why Salman Khan has been taken out of the movie.
Currently, Saif Ali Khan is shooting with Deepika Padukone and newbie Diana Penty, for Cocktail.
Judwaa 2 is expected to release by early 2013.

Sajid Khan is not my mentor: Jacqueline Fernandez

Sajid Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez
Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who is just three movies old in Bollywood, regrets not doing "Krrish 3" and clarifies that director Sajid Khan does not control her decisions.
"'Krrish 3'... I think more of my bad luck. It was unfortunate clash of dates. I felt a major burden on lot of people, so I had to make the decision. Both parties tried hard to make it work, but it didn't work. It's my bad luck I couldn't do 'Krrish 3'," Jacqueline, who debuted in Bollywood with 2009 release "Aladin", said.
Another offer that she turned down was for Mahesh Bhatt's "Raaz 3" because she didn't want to be typecast.
"Unfortunately you tend to get stereotype in the industry and that was the major concern for me. When 'Murder 2' released, there were lot of offers coming my way," she told.
"When we got into the later stage of finalisation of 'Raaz 3', I just was not comfortable. I felt I have done it in 'Murder 2', so it's time to move on. 'Housefull 2' was a major relief. It's a different genre. It sees me as a lot more Indianised," included the 26-year-old.
Countering speculation that her "Housefull 2" director Sajid Khan is mentoring her, Jacqueline told, "There has always been a reason for my action. I am not from this industry. I have made my movies and career choices completely on my own. When it comes to these things, I don't take advice. I don't have mentors. Sajid Khan is not my mentor. People are very quick to take the credit, but are not quick to take the blame."
Jacqueline is currently gearing up for "Housefull 2" release. The film is scheduled for an April 5 release.
