Now when SRK is in a romantic movie, such scenes ought to be present. You can call it a typical SRK film.

From the still, one can see the deep passion in Shahruks eyes, while he stares at Katrina, while Katrina resists an eye contact.

The chemistry between the two looks breathtaking.

The movie also has Anushka Sharma.

If all goes as planned, we might get to see Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan on one screen, during Salman’s Ek Tha Tiger release.

If news is to be believed, the trailer of Yash Chopra’s untitled movie, starring SRK and Katrina in the lead will along with Salman-Katrina starrer Ek Tha Tiger on Eid, August 13.

We have no clue how SRK will react to this, but he has very little or rather we say, no option but piggyback on Salman Khan.

Yash Chopra’s untitled film starring Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead lastly gets a name. The movie is likely to be named ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’.

A source close to the unit informs, “While there were various options, both Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra were not happy with them. There had been reports that London Ishq was the title but the makers had denied it.”

The source adds, “Yash Chopra had more or less finalised that the film would be called Jai but later he did a rethink. He preferred Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum from his controversial film Silsila which starred Amitabh Bachchan with Rekha and Jaya Bachchan.”

However, the spokesperson, of the production house says, nothing is confirmed yet.

Sharukh Khan who began his journey in Bollywood as Raj Malhotra in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge before becoming Bollywood Badshah, is all set to revisit his iconic role once again. Buzz is out of the two different looks SRK sports in Yash Chopra's to-be titled next, one is strikingly similar to that of Raj in DDLJ. Aditya Chopra who is handling the script for the project feels that SRK will be connecting well with movie lovers of all age groups insists on similar look for his character.

A source tells, "Although no one quite knows the story of Yashji's film, it is now known that SRK will have two distinct looks. The second one that of a man in his 40s will be similar to the way he looks now. A lot of work will go into making SRK look exactly like Raj of DDLJ. SRK is very excited to play his younger self, and some of those portions have already been shot in London."

Revealing about the story an insider close to the project disclosed, "The story takes a major leap of about 15 to 18 years. In the first part of the film, SRK will be seen as a young carefree youngster romancing Katrina Kaif. In the second part, he will be shown as a 40-plus man that is close to the way he looks now." Yash Raj Films confirmed the news and the movie will now be releasing during Diwali.

Bollywood megastars Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Aamir Khan have adopted villages as part of the Greenathon campaign to work for its welfare and raise awareness about the environment.

The fourth edition of NDTV-Toyota Greenathon raised Rs.8.89 crore for the benefit of 508 villages. While Shah Rukh adopted 12 villages, Aamir adopted five villages. Greenathon brand ambassador Priyanka adopted two villages and her "Teri Meri Kahaani" co-star Shahid took three villages.

Actors Rahul Bose, Arjun Kapoor, chef Ritu Dalmia and music composer Bappi lahiri adopted a village each.

Actor Milind Soman also contributed towards Greenathon by running a 1500-km Green Run, starting April 20 from Qutub Minar in New Delhi, across five states.

Shahrukh and Deepika reunite again for Chennai Express!

News had it that director Rohit Shetty is keen on casting Shahrukh Khan in a romantic film. Well, the news is now confirmed. SRK will be the lead in Rohit Shetty’s romantic drama titled Chennai Express.

Presently, SRK is shooting for Yash Chopra’s romantic movie with Katrina Kaif. Now, the king Khan has given a thumb up to Rohit’s movie, Chennai Express. It is heard that the movie will star Deepika Padukone opposite Shahrukh.

Chennai Express tells a story of a man who travels to Rameshwaram from Mumbai. The tale is about his journey between the two places.

“I think I grew up watching all his films where he plays the ultimate romantic hero. When you think of romance you think of Rajesh Khanna and Shah Rukh Khan. These are the names that are foremost on my mind. Every woman wants a Raj (SRK’s character in ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’). That’s why I have always wanted to work with him. Whenever we work together, I would like it to be a nice relationship story,” she told.

Satyamev Jayate, Aamir Khan’s latest TV show is a super hit and has sort of shaken the nation. The first episode which was telecast last Sunday, has received remarkable reviews.

Taslima Nasreen, a writer from Bangladesh, appreciates the actor for his efforts and salutes Aamir for taking up such an initiative. However, she says that other Bollywood superstars, naming Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan in particular, should take the initiative to talk about rape and sexual abuse of women.

“Dear Salman Khan, please talk about rape, domestic violence and dowry murder on TV tomorrow. Ppl should know about these problems,” Taslima Nasreen posted on her Twitter page.

“Dear Shahrukh Khan, pl talk about sexual abuse & sexual slavery on TV. Ppl shd know about these problems.We talk, but we’re not film stars,” she further added.

Why filmstars in particular?

Well, Taslima Nasreen stressed on the fact that filmstars have the power to grab the attention of such issues.

“From now on film stars should talk about social problems on TV. Everybody will listen to them. Ppl don’t listen to human rights activists. Feminists have been talking about female foeticide and it’s dangerous effects for decades. Ppl have learned about it today from star plus,” she posted and saluted Aamir Khan for creating awareness about female foeticide on the very first episode of Satyamev Jayate”.

“I salute Aamir Khan for being so courageous and for raising people’s consciousness. #gendercide,” Taslima Nasreen posted.

SRK detained again at New York airport!

And history repeats… Well, history has repeated itself for Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan. The actor was apprehended at the New York airport for two hours, yet again, on Thursday. He was there to visit the Yale University, where he was honored as a Chubb Fellow.

It was only after Shahrukh’s host intervened and took up the issue with the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, was he allowed to go.

The Yale event started an hour late due to Khan’s detention at the airport.

SRK told, “Whenever I start feeling too arrogant about myself I always take a trip to America. The immigration guys kicked the star out of stardom.”

The Chubb Fellowship is devoted to encouraging and aiding Yale students interested in the operations of government and in public service.

Jaipur Cricket Academy asks the court to take legal action against SRK!

Shahrukh Khan once again lands into problem because of his deadly bad habit, smoking. Well, the actor was ticked off smoking at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur, during a cricket match of his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders.

The director of Jaipur Cricket Academy, Mr Anand Singh Rathore, has submitted video evidence having the actor smoking in the stadium during the match, and has asked the court to take legal action against Shahrukh Khan.

Shahrukh was broadcast live on TV smoking in the stadium.

The additional chief judicial magistrate’s court has fixed April 12 as the next hearing date.

Rathore has also questioned the officials as to why was the actor allowed to carry cigarettes with him inside the stadium, when things like match-boxes, lighters, cigarettes and even water bottles are not allowed.

Anushka Sharma will work again with lucky charm SRK!

By now, we know that Anushka Sharma will be joining Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in Yash Chopra’s next untitled movie. Well, this will be Anushka’s second movie with SRK. The actress is all kicked up about it and can’t wait for the shoot to begin.

‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ was Anushka Sharma’s first film with SRK. “I didn’t think I will get a chance to work with Shah Rukh again after my first film, but I did. So, I am the lucky one. I look forward to it. Mr. Yash Chopra is an institution in himself literally. I guess I would get to learn a lot from that film,” Anushka unveiled India Today’s women health magazine on Thursday.

“I have not started the shooting yet. I will be joining the crew from May onwards right after my birthday, which is on May 1. So I will start shooting from May 2. I am very excited. I think it is any actor’s dream to work with Yash Chopra,” she further added.

Any actor working in movie for more than a decade, adapts himself to a particular working style and doesn’t want to change that. But Shahrukh Khan is different. He is one actor who is open to changes and freshly, while shooting for Yash Chopra’s movie, he adapted Katrina Kaif’s style of acting.

“I got to shoot with Katrina Kaif for the first time, which was wonderful. I do a couple of films a year and I haven’t worked with her. I think she is a stupendous actor. Everyone says about her being hardworking and very talented. It’s more important how we work together..how we work as a team,” Shahrukh Khan said.

The megastar had to adapt Kats style of acting since; her way of approaching a scene was totally different from his.

“When Katrina is doing a scene, she has a different way of approaching it. And when she approaches it differently, as a co-actor I also try to think if she is doing it differently, there must be a reason so let me also try it and adapt myself to do it differently. So that give and take has been absolutely fantastic,” told the 47-year-old superstar.

The film is slated for a Diwali release this year.

No solution for the SRK and Salman’s rivalry!

It seems that Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan will never ever patch up. This was pretty evident at two different events.

Last week, a gala event was organized by business tycoon Mukesh Ambani and his wife Neeta, honour Sachin Tendulkar. The grand party has attended by celebrities from different fields as Bollywood stars, cricketers and even politicians.

Bollywood superstars from Aamir to Salman Khan to Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai were all in attendance. However, the Baadshah, Shahrukh Khan was absent.

As reported previously too, Salman went on and on praising Sachin, Salman told, “I hope record ye toot jaye…koi na koi isse tod de…main Aamir ka record bahut der se todney ki koshish kar raha hoon…toot hi nahin raha hai…

“Sachin ke record todna mushkil hi nahin namumkin hai…aur ye Don nahin main bol raha hoon. Aur bol bhi sakta hoon kyonki mera father (Salim Khan) ne likhi hai ye picture. Rights toh unhi ke paas ahin. Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan) ne ki thi ye picture.”

This clearly would have reached Shahrukh.

Getting back at Salman, SRK while speaking at the unveiling of customer campaign for season five of the Indian Premier League (IPL), said journalists, “I get numb by the kind of stories I keep hearing about myself. I try not to take them seriously or comment about them.”

What did SRK have to say about Salman Khan explaining that his father wrote that line for Amitabh Bachchan and that he has every right to use it. “Yes, I made the right comments. My father did not take any objection on that,” SRK said journalists.

Katrina takes responsibility of styling herself for the SRK’s movie!

Now Katrina Kaif is following Aamir Khan’s footsteps. We hear that, just like Aamir, the actress also is showing personal interest in her forthcoming Yash Chopra’s untitled movie. She has taken the responsibility of styling herself for the movie.

A source reveals, “Katrina feels she’s understood the character so well that she’s taking it on herself to go out and shop for the clothes, accessories and other trinkets for her character. Katrina knows London very well and knows from where to get the stuff she needs”.

Katrina Kaif’s spokesperson is quoted as telling, “She (Katrina) personally has been shopping for accessories and clothes for the film. Katrina has envisioned her character and knows that she is the only one who can do justice to it. The song they are currently shooting in London will make other romantic songs in the industry sound and look mediocre.”

Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan will be seen together for the first time in Yash Chopra’s untitled flick. The film also stars Anushka Sharma.
